I was grateful to be contacted by a member of your staff working in the evening, soon after I pointed out a mistake in the original order (wrong denim/chore jacket due to be dispatched), who corrected the error and followed up the order.

Bought three pairs of moleskin…

Bought three pairs of moleskin trousers, having bought four in the past. Still pretty good but the quality of the moleskin is definitely inferior to the previous purchases. Much less soft and comfortable. Still good value but you did ask for comments!

Good quality jacket

The jacket arrived quickly, well wrapped and looked as good as the pictures. On trying it on it was a comfortable fit, although the sleeves were slightly short (I have long arms) but I am not too worried about this aspect. Looked smart on me and pleased to say it does not crease. Overall, very pleased and will wear regularly when the British weather allows!!

Light weight tweed jacket.

I ordered a lightweight tweed jacket in what I thought was the correct size, but it was too big, returned it and ordered the correct size, which arrived within 5 days. It fits perfectly and I am delighted.
