Ordered this pair of trousers which were really good quality and fitted perfectly

I've bought from this place before and impressed by their overall quality. In fact, this was a repeat order for chinos that fitted me exactly, just a different colour this time. Same waist, same leg length so I expected them to fit me straight off, and they did around the waist, but the leg length was longer than my first pair by just over an inch. That got me measuring both pairs and I discovered that the original pair were actually shorter than advertised (but fitted perfectly, so I never measured them before) and I then discovered that the measurements of the legs of the new pair were not the same as each other - something like 3/4 of an inch difference. I didn't send them back, got them adjusted locally. So while the cut and quality of these chinos are excellent, quality control maybe needs to be stepped up a notch?

Good quality product but unfortunately late delivery plus the fact that despite my measurements not having changed in years the same sizes did not seem to apply with these trousers
