Standard delivery was very quick, 4 days from purchase and the packaging was very secure. The trousers are outstanding. Well designed and constructed. Other items also usually very good. I have avoided the shoes however. Too narrow for my feet. Dispatch sometimes iffy through customs. Documentation must be available on the outside of the parcel.
