Bought a seersucker jacket, which arrived as per delivery arrangement. Unfortunately, the jacket was slightly too long, but I bought it for a wedding that day. I arranged to go to the shop that day and pick up a shorter version. Very helpful and accommodating.

Bought a jacket that arrived very quickly. unfortunately, a button was missing from the sleeve/cuff. Contacted customer services who resolved the issue and button arrived in post next day. They even requested that I send them the bill for getting it re-attached (which I declined)
