I ordered the wrong size, so returned it and ordered a smaller size- BUT ……. Then I sent x2 parcels back but each to the wrong address - dope! Eleanor kindly rang me and arranged to have the ‘wrong’ item returned to me, she was so professional, kind and patient - with a lovely sense of humour - Thankyou! And by the way, my husband LOVED the raspberry red waistcoat too, lovely quality.

Great product! This is my second pair of trousers toffee colour. My spouse is delighted. The finishing inside the trousers is very good. It wash very well. The packaging has greatly improved compare to my previous experience. Delivery as expected. Overall experience is excellent value for money!
