Amazing customer service, Jordan was kind and understanding that I had accidentally sent the wrong parcel and dealt with the situation calmly. The service in ordering and receiving my choices was very good but the actual sizes on receipt were too small to fit and had to be returned. This process was easy so no complaints there. However I asked for a refund rather than an exchange in case I again I was sent items turning out to be too small and I consider the 14 days it took to refund my money unnecessarily long and unacceptable in this day and age.
