Long story short, I've recently lost a lot of weight over a short period of time. I had two pair of Peter Christian trousers hanging in the wardrobe - that I had never even taken the tags off - that no longer fit. But I also knew I was way too late for the return deadline. I contacted customer service and explained my circumstances. The customer service representative thank me for my honesty and checked to see if they had the trousers in a smaller size for me to exchange. Sadly, they didn't- so he offered me a full refund, which I have now received. I don't think you can really ask for better than that. Will I be shopping with Peter Christian again? What do you reckon? Absolutely! Genuine, old fashioned good customer service!
