Amazing customer service, Jordan was kind and understanding that I had accidentally sent the wrong parcel and dealt with the situation calmly. After wondering if my parcel had made it back to the warehouse I called again and spoke to Kate who similarly had brilliant customer service, she was polite and lovely and explained how they had received the items but the refund would take time. I now feel a lot more confident because of this awesome customer service.

The service in ordering and receiving my choices was very good but the actual sizes on receipt were too small to fit and had to be returned. This process was easy so no complaints there. However I asked for a refund rather than an exchange in case I again I was sent items turning out to be too small and I consider the 14 days it took to refund my money unnecessarily long and unacceptable in this day and age.
