Service was good and quality looks great but the trousers don’t fit so were returned. I ordered the size I order from other brands (which do not reflect my actual size/shape). We’ll see whether ordering a size closer to my actual size works out!

I am getting older, fatter and I think my legs may be shrinking. A load of old clothes recently went to the local hospice shop so I needed some replacements. I live in a rural area with few good clothes shops but a magazine advert led me to this site. What fantastic personal service. One pair of trousers was out of stock in my size. Contact from their service department offered to alter a stock pair for me. I then made a size error on a second order but no trouble in returning some goods and a prompt resupply. Thank you
