Rarely have I experienced such excellent service. The whole process of ordering, packaging and delivery was truly superb. Unfortunately, the jeans were too small in the waist for me although the legs and trunk were perfect. So, sadly, had to return, then found the return procedure just couldn't have been more straight forward. Absolutely brilliant !
