I ordered 3 linen shirts for my Husband. They arrived promptly all beautifully packaged. The highest of quality but sadly we couldn't find the exact fit for my Husband. They do come generously sized and the XXL was too large the the XL was a little clipped on the tummy. Sleeves very long. I will have to return and ask for a refund but very pleased with the service and quality.

I ordered the incorrect size of 2 pairs of chino shorts and within 15 minutes of me emailing my problem I received a response asking me to return the incorrect items and they would be replaced by the correct size at no charge. Despite my original order requesting the shorter leg option which required additional work your staff confirmed that the replacement items would altered to the shorter length again at no charge. Exceptionally speedy response to my query and all at no cost to me when the original order error was mine. Exemplary customer service Thank you.
