But a really nice, helpful person call Samantha dealt with it very quickly very well, she managed to stop my order being dispatched and change it for the correct size, and it only arrived a day later than I originally thought I was going to get it. The jacket is absolutely fabulous. Really love it. Such lovely, soft wool material, really nice.
