I purchased trousers on behalf of my dad. There was an issue with sizing, but I was able to easily return them and order another pair. Great service However it seems to be taking a very long time to get a refund on the first pair

The website was as always easy to use and very user friendly. I am a returning customer, and have always been pleased with the quality of the product. I bought three(3) short sleeve oxford cotton shirts and two(2) pairs of shirts. Great for fab quality. That’s the reason I keep coming back. Would love to buy their trousers or strides , but they finish at 34. I am6’7 and would like it if they did custom length too. Then I would use them for Chinos etc. However I do understand they need to keep it viable. So great quality great service and fabulous product. Why wouldn’t you buy here. Go on give it a go you won’t be disappointed. I never have been. One step beyond snd you will be glad you took it. I am.
