I returned a pair of trousers because they were too big and ordered a replacement. The trousers I sent back were received by the company on March 26th and I have still not received the replacement pair. I phoned the company today and spoke to a very nice lady who said dispatches are done in strict order and perhaps the trousers would be dispatched tomorrow or next Tuesday. I actually think the company should try for a better delivery time. I know we live in the days of Amazon prime with next day delivery but I would expect a faster delivery time.
