Although I had ordered a button down shirt that I wanted it was out of stock and due to a mix up it seemed it was still available. However the customer service team were able to give me the same shirt as a classic collar and sent it to me express mail, which I appreciated very much. All in all I can say that the experience was very good considering the difficulties.
