Good service and quick turnaround using express option. Shorts are offered as standard or "short" with the latter having to be tailored (free of charge) - given that they have to be tailored it is difficult to understand why the only option is 2" shorter than standard rather than having the ability to stipulate the desired length. Ideally I would have selected 1" shorter than standard.

Easy to order, quick delivery, good value. Shirts look good and are comfortable. Generous size for a large person, nice and long. But the labels are scratchy and I have to unpick them. I object to the plastic pieces round the collar and the little clips, quite unnecessary and bad for the environment. I have made these comments before. It is good that the package is in a brown paper bag.
