Ordering from the website is straightforward and the range of styles and colours available offers plenty of choice. Payment is clear and unambiguous. Unfortunately, the delivery (via Royal Mail) which is usually very dependable hit some snags and the package arrived ten days after its initial dispatch, which wasn't ideal. However, the package itself was well packed and in good condition.

However, the size was rather a 'snug' fit so a very helpfull Rochelle in customer services arranged for it's replacement with a size larger which fits perfectly. Exceptional customer service and great quality and value from this well respected company from whom I have been purchasing garments for many years. A very staified customer.
