It is a Christmas present so haven't tested for size yet. I made an error in ordering the wrong size but sent back immediately. The process was very easy and clear and I was kept informed at all times. Although the email said it would take 8-10 days to return (and therefore after Christmas Day) it has arrived 5 days before.
