1 .	I have sent back an item for exchange/refund how long do I have to wait for my new item to arrive or for the amount to appear into my account? We advise that customers allow up to 14 days for an exchange or refund to be processed. If you have not received your exchange item with 14 days then please call us on 01273 492287 to check your order status
2 .	How long does 1st class delivery take? 1st class delivery will be dispatched the same day as you order providing the order is placed before 2pm, Monday- Friday. This can take up to 2 days to arrive to you from the day of dispatch
3 .	Do you deliver outside the UK? Yes we delivery to all worldwide destinations, please see the delivery information page for more info.
4 .	What types of payment do Peter Christian accept? We accept payment by most major credit and debit card providers, however, we do not except American Express, Laser or Paypal. We also accept postal payment by cheque and postal order.
5 .	Can I visit Peter Christian? Opening hours are Monday – Friday 10am - 3pm. However, we do ask that you call us on the day that you are planning to visit on 01273 493393
6 .	Why are some trousers available in 27”, 29”, 31”, 33” and the others in 28”, 30”, 32” and 34”? We offer trousers in different leg lengths as some of our customers require the odd measurements and others require the even measurements so we have spread the sizes evenly throughout our trouser selection. We do offer the tailoring service at £5 per pair
7 .	How do you measure you belts, which belt size should I choose? The measurements stated for the belts are the waist sizes not the overall length of the belts. There will be approximately 3-4 inches left at the end of the belt if you order your actual waist size.
8 .	If an item is marked as low or out of stock can I still order it? Low stock could mean that we are awaiting delivery of the item and it will be delayed up to 14 days, you will receive a call or email in this instance. If an item is marked with a red cross this means that it is discontinued and no longer available
9 .	What does S, R and L mean on your Jacket measurements? . This is the length of the Jacket, Short, Regular and Long and refers to the back and sleeve length of a Jacket. The measurement would vary depending on the size of the jacket you require. Please call 01273 492287 for more information
10 .	What is buggy lining? Buggy Lining means that the Jacket will be lined on the shoulder area and the sleeves
