The Peter Christian service ethos is very simple; we treat our customers as we would expect to be treated ourselves. We do not like automated calls with recorded messages telling us how important we are so we answer your call within seconds! We would like to be advised by someone who knows what they are talking about so we put people who know what they are talking about at the end of the phone. If there is a problem we would want it resolved quickly and with the minimum of fuss – so that is what we do for you.

First, I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the speed of delivery. Both items were shipped on a Monday and I received the following Friday. Being an international shipment is very fast when you consider that here in Canada, domestic mail takes on average three or four days to reach destination.
