A piece of fabric dyed with vibrant red of madder root was found in the tomb of King Tutankhamen. The wonderful swirling patterns on our ties is made colourfast to the silk fabric with the same 'dung' dying process used since Medieval times. Yielding a gorgeous rich pattern for a king.
