In another age this jacket would have been delivered by a tea clipper. The perfect jacket for a winter holiday or cruise. Oozing cool colonial charm through its discreet blue and grey pinstripe, it is equally at ease on the veranda of a 'sporting' southern gentleman's plantation house or a Cowes boat house. The lightweight Seersucker 'wrinkled' fabric was designed to dissipate heat and originates from the Persian words "shir o shakar" - "milk and honey". Which brings us nicely back to tea time.
